Corporate Terms of Service

1. Service Description

EasyGlobalSIM Corporate ("the service") allows business buyers to create projects, configure eSIM data packages, and arrange digital delivery to named recipients via email. The service is provided on a per-order, pay-as-you-go basis with no ongoing subscription.

2. Business Purchaser Responsibility

By placing an order you confirm that you are acting as a business purchaser, that you have authority to enter into these terms on behalf of your organisation, and that you are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the order you submit.

3. Recipient Email Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of all recipient email addresses submitted with your order. EasyGlobalSIM Corporate delivers eSIM credentials to the addresses you provide. We cannot recover or redirect delivery if an address is incorrect, misspelled, or belongs to the wrong person. Please verify recipient lists before checkout.

4. Digital Delivery

eSIMs are delivered digitally by email to each recipient. There is no physical SIM card. Recipients must install the eSIM on a compatible, unlocked device before the data allowance expires. Delivery is automated and typically completes within minutes of payment confirmation, subject to provider availability.

5. Device Compatibility

EasyGlobalSIM Corporate provides destination and data-tier information as stated at time of order. We do not guarantee that every device your recipients use will be compatible. Recipients are responsible for verifying their device supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked before installation. Incompatibility is not grounds for a refund once delivery has occurred.

6. Service Availability and Third-Party Providers

The service depends on third-party eSIM providers for provisioning and network access. We make reasonable efforts to ensure availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Provider outages, regional restrictions, or network changes are outside our direct control. If a delivery failure is caused by a confirmed service-side fault, please contact support.

7. Payment Terms

All payments are processed by Stripe. Charges are made at checkout in the currency and amount shown on the review screen. Orders are not provisioned until payment is confirmed. You must use a valid payment method. By proceeding to checkout you authorise the charge shown.

8. Taxes and VAT

VAT or applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your billing country and, where relevant, your VAT registration number. If you provide a VAT number for reverse-charge purposes, you are responsible for its accuracy and for complying with applicable tax obligations in your jurisdiction. Prices shown exclude VAT unless stated otherwise; the applicable VAT amount is shown on the review screen before you confirm.

9. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on delivery and activation status. Please review the Corporate Refund Policy before purchasing. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee a refund will be issued.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EasyGlobalSIM Corporate and its service provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of the service, including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

11. Acceptable Use

You must not use the service to:

  • Distribute eSIMs to recipients for purposes that violate applicable law.
  • Submit fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment details.
  • Attempt to manipulate pricing, bypass checkout controls, or exploit service vulnerabilities.
  • Resell eSIMs obtained via the Corporate platform without authorisation.

12. Suspension and Fraud

We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or refuse any order we reasonably believe is fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these terms. If fraud is confirmed, no refund will be issued and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service provider's place of registration. Any disputes arising from your use of EasyGlobalSIM Corporate will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that territory.
