Corporate Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026  ·  Applies to EasyGlobalSIM Corporate accounts

This policy explains what data we collect when you use EasyGlobalSIM Corporate, how we use it, and who we share it with. Data is collected and processed solely to deliver the service you purchase.

1. Buyer Account Data

When you create a Corporate account or sign in, we collect your email address. This is used for passwordless authentication (a one-time code sent via email), to associate orders with your account, and to communicate order status. We do not store passwords.

2. Order and Project Data

When you configure and place an order, we store the details you provide, including:

  • Your buyer email address and any optional project context you supply (event name, city, company name, message).
  • Destination country and selected data tier.
  • Recipient email addresses you submit for eSIM delivery.
  • Order status and timestamps.

This information is retained for order fulfilment, support, and audit purposes.

3. Recipient Data

You provide us with recipient email addresses to enable eSIM delivery. We use these addresses solely to send the eSIM credentials and installation instructions. We do not use recipient emails for marketing or share them with third parties except as described in section 6 below.

4. Payment Data

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number, CVV, or full payment credentials on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data under their own security controls and privacy policy. We receive a payment confirmation reference and the charge outcome from Stripe, which we associate with your order.

5. Billing and VAT Data

If you provide a billing country, VAT registration number, or company name for tax purposes, we store these details with your order record. They are used to calculate the correct VAT treatment and to generate order records. We do not verify VAT numbers independently beyond the information you provide.

6. Email Delivery via SendGrid

eSIM delivery emails are sent via SendGrid. To do this, we pass recipient email addresses and the relevant eSIM credentials to SendGrid for dispatch. SendGrid acts as a data processor on our behalf and handles this data strictly for delivery purposes.

7. eSIM Provisioning via Provider

To provision eSIMs, we communicate with our eSIM provider. This involves passing the destination country, data tier, and quantity to the provider. No recipient email addresses are shared with the eSIM provider; only the provisioning parameters required to generate credentials are transmitted.

8. How We Use Your Data

We use the data collected to:

  • Authenticate your account and manage your session.
  • Process your order, provision eSIMs, and deliver them to recipients.
  • Calculate and apply the correct pricing and VAT.
  • Provide support and resolve disputes.
  • Maintain security logs and detect fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data or recipient data for advertising.

9. Data Retention

Order records, including buyer and recipient data associated with a completed or cancelled order, are retained for a reasonable period to support dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We do not retain data beyond what is operationally necessary.

10. Security

We apply standard security measures including HTTPS, server-side session management, and parameterised database access. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe and is not processed or stored on our servers.

11. Lawful Basis for Processing

We process your data on the lawful basis of contractual necessity — that is, to fulfil the service you have requested. Where applicable under data protection law, we rely on legitimate interests for fraud prevention and security logging.

12. Third-Party Processors

We share data with the following third-party processors solely to deliver the service:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • SendGrid — email delivery of eSIM credentials.
  • eSIM provider — provisioning of eSIM packages.

Each processor is engaged under appropriate data processing terms and handles data only as instructed.

13. Contact

For privacy-related questions or data requests, please contact us via the support channel on the EasyGlobalSIM website. We will respond to data enquiries within a reasonable timeframe.
