Corporate Refund Policy

eSIMs are a digital product. Once an eSIM has been successfully provisioned and delivered, it is generally non-refundable. Please review the conditions below before placing your order.

1. General Principle

EasyGlobalSIM Corporate orders are reviewed case by case. There is no automatic or self-service refund mechanism. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be issued.

2. After Successful Delivery

Once an eSIM has been provisioned and the delivery email sent to a recipient, the order is considered fulfilled from our side. Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • The recipient's device is not eSIM-compatible or is carrier-locked.
  • The recipient did not install the eSIM within the validity period.
  • The recipient no longer needs the data or has a change of plans.
  • An incorrect email address was provided by the buyer and delivery was attempted.

3. Eligible Situations

A refund request may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same order due to a confirmed system or payment processing error.
  • Service-side delivery failure: eSIMs were not provisioned or delivery emails were not sent due to a confirmed fault on our side or with the eSIM provider, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Order created in error before provisioning: If you contact us immediately after checkout and provisioning has not yet been initiated, we may be able to cancel and refund the order. This window is narrow and cannot be guaranteed.

4. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, contact us via the support channel on the EasyGlobalSIM website. Include the following information:

  • Your buyer email address.
  • The order / draft reference (shown on your review screen and confirmation).
  • A clear description of the issue.

We aim to respond to refund requests within five business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method.

5. No Automated Refund Tooling

At this time, corporate refunds are handled manually by our team. There is no self-service refund portal. Do not attempt to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us โ€” disputed charges that we can demonstrate were legitimately fulfilled will be contested.

6. Partial Orders

If a batch order was partially fulfilled (some recipients received eSIMs and others did not due to a service fault), we will review the situation and may offer a partial remedy for the undelivered portion.

7. Taxes and VAT

VAT charged on your order is calculated based on the information you provided at checkout. Approved refunds will include the VAT component of the refunded amount where applicable.
