EasyGlobalSIM Corporate orders are reviewed case by case. There is no automatic or self-service refund mechanism. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be issued.
Once an eSIM has been provisioned and the delivery email sent to a recipient, the order is considered fulfilled from our side. Refunds are not available in the following situations:

We aim to respond to refund requests within five business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method.
At this time, corporate refunds are handled manually by our team. There is no self-service refund portal. Do not attempt to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us โ disputed charges that we can demonstrate were legitimately fulfilled will be contested.
If a batch order was partially fulfilled (some recipients received eSIMs and others did not due to a service fault), we will review the situation and may offer a partial remedy for the undelivered portion.
VAT charged on your order is calculated based on the information you provided at checkout. Approved refunds will include the VAT component of the refunded amount where applicable.
