Unless required by law, refunds are evaluated case-by-case (e.g., non-activation, duplicate purchase). Once an eSIM is activated or data consumed, refunds may be limited or unavailable.

The Site, brand, and content (excluding your data and third-party marks) are owned by the Company and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

We use third parties for payments (e.g., Stripe), email delivery (e.g., SendGrid), and network services. Your use of such services may be subject to their terms and policies.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable order in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

11) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Before filing a claim, the parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally. If unresolved, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there (unless mandatory law provides otherwise).
